Hello, nice to meet you. Let me introduce myself. My favorite movie is Antwone Fisher. These days you might find me tackling DIY projects. When I was little I wanted to be an architect, but now I'm happy to be at Echo&Co. Did you know that one of the other folks here travelled the country in an RV ?

As the Managing Director of Growth at Echo&Co, Jabali is responsible for expanding our external reputation, relationships and reach, harvesting our current relationships, and increasing our overall impact. Jabali’s strategic vision for the future of Echo is centered around connecting our work with our client’s missions to ultimately improve the lives and outcomes for their customers. He will work with empowered leaders to help them identify key pressure points that can serve as accelerants if properly addressed.

Prior to joining Echo&Co, Jabali served as a design leader, guiding successful digital transformation projects for several government agencies, non-profits, and private sector organizations, including the U.S. Department of State, the Environmental Working Group (EWG), and No Kid Hungry. Jabali has been a part of several award winning projects throughout his 20 year career, successfully pitched over $100 million dollars worth of business, and is a regular presence at colleges and universities, professional conferences, and local meetups.

A designer at his core, Jabali’s true passion is in advocating for design/ux, accelerating ideas, and empowering people. Coming from a lineage of educators and social activists he has always needed his work to have an impact on the people in need of the support, those providing the support, and any allies encountered along the way. Because whenever anyone asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up, he simply answered … impactful!!
