Hello, nice to meet you. Let me introduce myself. My favorite way to spend an afternoon is flying my kites. These days you might find me taking pictures underwater. When I was little I wanted to be a veterinarian , but now I'm happy to be at Echo&Co. Did you know that one of the other folks here a HUGE West Wing fan ?

Schelli joined Echo&Co with 15+ years of management consulting, process improvement, and organizational development expertise. Her role as director of innovation means she helps our clients transform their digital products, teams, and culture. Schelli is in her happy place working as a coach and mentor to our clients.

Prior to joining Echo&Co, Schelli worked with multiple nonprofit, startup, and small business clients enable innovation at all levels in their organizations. She worked with clients to activate their strategic plans, identify critical system challenges, and remove barriers to creating high-performing team cultures.

She was senior director of Integration and Innovation at National Wildlife Federation overseeing both C3 and C4 advocacy and fundraising programs, where she led a team of 28 storytellers, technologists, marketers, analysts, and fundraisers. Schelli worked in the financial industry as a research analyst, gaining deep analytical and research knowledge. She was an adjunct professor at Georgetown University's Communications, Culture and Technology department, focusing on change management aspects of digital programs. She also worked at one of the premiere boutique usability and information architecture firms in Washington, D.C., Info.Design, helping organizations and their customer realize amazing web experiences.

Schelli is a certified Innovation Engineering Black Belt, which does include a few extra ninja skills. She also is a member of DC Web Women. In her off hours, you can find her dreaming of warm blue waters and colorful fishes.
