Hello, nice to meet you. Let me introduce myself. My favorite sports team is the New England Patriots. These days you might find me walking on the beach in Cape Cod. When I was little I wanted to be a teacher, but now I'm happy to be at Echo&Co. Did you know that one of the other folks here has a degree in wildlife science ?

As director of client services at Echo&Co, Erin guides client engagements through complexity and uncertainty to meaningful action. She leads Echo&Co engagement and project management teams in building rewarding partnerships with clients and delivering successful, high-quality projects based on shared goals and effective collaboration.

Prior to joining Echo&Co, Erin worked for more than 17 years building in-house agencies for private sector organizations, including Bank of America, TIAA, and Marriott. She has worked on a broad range of projects from email and print to social media and digital.

Erin began her career as an educator — teaching, mentoring and providing positive role modeling with teenage parents and their children within Cambridge Rindge & Latin School (CRLS). She has a passion for helping people realize their dreams whether professionally or personally and joined Echo&Co in order to help non-profits achieve their goals each and every day while making a caring and thoughtful impact on their world.

Erin has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Lesley University, in Cambridge, Massachusetts.  She is an avid biker and in 2019 moved back to the Boston area after living and working in the Washington, D.C. region for 4.5 years.
